Fit-Tease

Fit-Tease: Teaches women how to move in the seductive manner of old-time burlesque dancers. It is sassy, fabulous, and fun! On par with the exertion level of a beginners power yoga class, Fit-Tease is a great class for students just starting a new workout routine. They will get a low-impact full body workout while having a great time! This class focuses on flexibility, toning, and moderate aerobic activity.

Lap Dance

Lap Dance: Fun and flirty, the lap dance class is a great class for toning, tightening, and increasing flexibility. Using similar moves to Fit-Tease it offers variety and the opportunity for more toning and strength training.

Video Vixen

Video Vixen: It sexy, its hip hop, but it's not just booty shaking! For a great cardio workout, Video Vixen in the answer. This hip-hop based class teaches students to Drop It Like I;s Hot and move like their favorite pop singers (Pussy Cat Dolls, Beyonce, Ciara, etc..).

Pole PositionPole Position: Pole Position tones and strengthens the body using your own body weight to build lean muscle. During the course you will learn dance and aerial moves on dance pole.

  • Pole 101 is for all levels, shapes & sizes (the pole can hold up to 300 lbs).
  • Pole 200 and higher is restricted to students who can demonstrate sufficient core strength and familiarity with basic pole-dancing moves.
