So you wanna learn to Pole Dance? Awesome!! The thing is, you gotta be strong to work the pole Diva! No worries, Diva Dance Tease-n-Tone is specially designed to get you into Pole Dancing shape. In this class you will learn the art of sensual movement, strengthen your upper body & core, and increase your flexibility. This class coupled with Pole Position 101 will have you ready to advance to Pole 200 where all the spins, holds, and killer move live!! The class incorporates elements of Yoga, Striptease, & Pilates, its sexy, fun, & a great workout!

Pole Dancing is the ultimate combination of STRENGTH AND GRACE. In Pole Position 101 we work on basic techniques, toning and strengthening your body! During the course you will learn introductory pole dance combinations and floor work.Pole 101 is for all levels, shapes & sizes (the pole can hold up to 300 lbs).
Pole 200 and higher is restricted to students who can demonstrate sufficient core strength and familiarity with basic pole-dancing moves.Please note, you gotta be strong to work the pole Diva! No worries our Diva Dance Tease-n-Tone class is specially designed to get you into Pole Dancing shape. In this class you will learn the art of sensual movement, strengthen your upper body & core, and increase your flexibility.
