During the course you will learn introductory pole dance combinations and floor work.Pole 101 is for all levels, shapes & sizes (the pole can hold up to 300 lbs).
Pole 200 and higher is restricted to students who can demonstrate sufficient core strength and familiarity with basic pole-dancing moves.Please note, you gotta be strong to work the pole Diva! No worries our Diva Dance Tease-n-Tone class is specially designed to get you into Pole Dancing shape. In this class you will learn the art of sensual movement, strengthen your upper body & core, and increase your flexibility.
